The hotel is conveniently situated at a pub with easy access to the yacht club and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms with 2 single beds were noisy due to the bar but had private bathrooms. The value for money is reasonable but lacks quietness.

The hotel provided a cozy stay with a delightful view from the room and private bathroom amenities. However, an issue arose with the overflowing toilet during my visit. The location was superb, being conveniently close to the Belmont shopping area and just a short walk to the marina, making everything easily accessible. On the downside, dining options were not specified as part of the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located at a pub, making it easy to enjoy the lively atmosphere and close to walk to the shops or down to the marina. The rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and 2 single beds but can get noisy due to the bar nearby. The service was excellent with attentive housekeeping and a welcoming drink upon arrival. However, the dining experience, especially the raw fish, left something to be desired. The hotel offers easy access to the Lake Macquarie foreshore & surrounds, perfect for exploring the area but might be affected by noise from the pub. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities are modern and convenient for guests.
